From sun-kissed blondes to full glow-up transformations, Taylor brings serious passion and precision to every appointment. Her color work is consistently stunning, but it’s her down-to-earth vibe and client-first approach that keeps guests coming back.

“My favorite part of the job is being creative and making people feel beautiful,” she says - and it shows.

We’re thrilled to introduce two incredible new additions to our associate team - Allison (@hairbyallisonkay) and Nya (@pr3tty.n_p1nk). These future stars are currently assisting behind the chair while completing their advanced education, and they’re offering complimentary blowouts while in training!

Meet Allison (@hairbyallisonkay)

Allison recently joined the team as @lauranorthartistry’s newest associate, and she’s already making her mark with her warm energy and dedication to guest experience.

“I’m so excited to be starting my journey here at Headspace,” Allison says. “I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Wyoming, and recently made the big move to Austin to follow my passion for all things beauty. I just graduated from cosmetology school, and I’m beyond grateful to be learning and growing alongside such a talented team.”

When she’s not assisting in the salon, you’ll likely find Allison exploring Austin’s food scene, going to pilates, or catching a movie - she’s a total film lover. Her goal is to help every guest feel confident, seen, and celebrated.

Meet Nya (@pr3tty.n_p1nk)

Nya joined the team as an associate working alongside @hairby.erinm, and she brings a bold, creative spark to everything she does.

“Hi! I’m Nya - born and raised in Austin, and obsessed with all things beauty for as long as I can remember. I graduated from cosmetology school in January 2024 and have been diving into this dream ever since,” she says.

Nya hopes to specialize in coloring, blonding, vivid tones, makeup, and bridal styling. She’s all about making every visit feel like a celebration - and it shows in her energy behind the chair.

Outside the salon, she’s usually painting, drawing, hanging with her dog, or watching reality TV. We couldn’t be more excited to have her on the team.
