The Fine Print
We’re all about great hair, good vibes, and mutual respect. To keep everything running smoothly for our team and our guests, we’ve got a few policies in place. Nothing wild—just helpful stuff to make sure your experience at Headspace is the best it can be.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we get it. But last-minute changes leave our stylists with empty chairs and lost time. That’s why we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 24 hours: 50% of scheduled service
Less than 12 hours: 100% of scheduled service
We do require a card on file to reserve appointments. If cancellations or reschedules fall outside the window above, your card will be charged. Please note: we do not accept cancellations via email, and rescheduling last-minute is treated the same as a cancellation.

Running Late?
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your services to avoid running behind for other guests. Give us a quick call if you're running behind—we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Need An Adjustment?
Sometimes hair just needs a minute to settle. If something feels off, let us know within 7 days of your original service—we’re happy to make small tweaks that align with the initial consultation.
Requests outside of the 7-day window or those that change the original plan may require a new appointment at full price. No refunds.

Product Returns
Not vibing with a product? You’ve got 14 days to bring it back for store credit. After that, all sales are final.

Cashless Payments
We’re a cashless salon. We accept credit, debit, and Venmo for payment.

Text Marketing Policy
When you sign up for text updates from Headspace, you’re saying yes to exclusive offers, appointment reminders, and occasional salon updates.
The deal:
• You’ll only get texts if you’ve opted in (in-salon or online)
• You can opt out anytime—just reply “STOP”
• We’ll never send more than 5 messages a month
• You’ll always know it’s us—we keep it transparent
