Kaila's meticulous nature served her well when she began her career in 2009 after graduating from a high school cosmetology program in Katy, Texas. Starting out at Toni&Guy,
she quickly discovered her passion for cutting, styling, and extensions. Seeking a more creatively aligned environment, she transferred to the Austin location after a year. After honing
her craft for 8 years at Toni & Guy, she moved to Headspace Salon to allow herself to fully express her love for hair and individuality in her work.
