Kaila has always been very meticulous which became important when she started her career back in 2009. Fortunate enough to cultivate her skills through a high school cosmetology program in Katy, Texas, she began working at Toni&Guy upon graduation. One year into the industry, Kaila decided that Toni & Guy in Austin, Tx was more simpatico for her creative personality better suiting her “keep it weird” lifestyle so she transferred. After working at Toni & Guy for 8 years, where she specialized in cutting, styling, and extensions, Kaila decided to become an independent stylist allowing her personality and love for hair to show in her work.
